Tansu II style shoe storage bench shown here in a combination of solid Birch for the trim, maple plywood for the cabinet and laminated Bamboo for the top. The cabinet box is made from formaldehyde-free Purebond Maple plywood by Columbia Forest Products.
Woodistry uses environmentally friendly materials as much as possible.
These shoe benches hold about 8 to 10 pairs of adult shoes. Depending on availability, the grain on the bamboo top may be either horizontal or vertical. If this is an issue please contact us before placing an order.
These products are made in small batches in Vista, California. The wood is all hand selected for it's beauty and character. This is definitely NOT assembly line furniture. It's made to be beautiful, strong and durable. We know that you can find products that are less expensive, but this is made to be a great item for a reasonable price.

We ship it in Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) to save you in the shipping cost. They also use top-notch Hafele RTA fittings with brass inserts to make all connections extra strong.
